Fresh, dry, sanitised helmets in 5–7 minutes.

NeatHelme is an automatic helmet sanitising machine for bike taxi fleets, malls, go-kart tracks and offices. UV-C light, a fine sanitising fog and warm-air drying clean the whole helmet, inside and out.

A helmet is worn for hours and almost never cleaned.

Sweat, hair oil and road dust soak into the foam liner every day. When one helmet is shared by many people, each person wears what the last one left behind.

  • It smells and itches.Trapped sweat in the padding leads to odour, an itchy scalp and an unpleasant ride.
  • Washing takes a whole day.A washed liner stays damp for hours. Shared helmets can't be taken out of use that long.
  • Sprays only touch the surface.A quick spray and wipe doesn't reach deep into the foam, straps and vents.

How one cycle works

Everything happens inside a closed chamber. Your team only places the helmet and takes it out.

  1. Place the helmet

Put it in the chamber and close the door.

  2. UV-C light

UV-C lamps treat the shell, liner and straps.

  3. Sanitising fog

A fine fog reaches deep into the padding.

  4. Warm-air drying

Warm air dries every part of the helmet.

  5. Ready to wear

Take it out fresh and dry. Total time: 5–7 minutes.

Common questions

How long does one clean take?

One full cycle takes 5–7 minutes, from closing the door to taking the helmet out.

Does the helmet come out wet?

No. The last stage is warm-air drying, so the helmet comes out dry and ready to wear straight away.

Which helmets fit?

Most full-face, open-face and half helmets used on motorbikes, scooters and go-karts. If you use special or very large helmets, tell us the model and we will confirm before you order.

Do I buy the machine or rent it?

You buy it and own it. There is no revenue share and no monthly royalty.

Is NeatHelme lab tested or certified?

We are arranging independent lab testing and product certification now. We will publish the reports on this website as soon as they are ready. Until then, we do not make germ-kill percentage claims.
